LandRecordBihar.in बिहार के रैयतों, किसानों, जमीन खरीदने-बेचने वालों और उनके परिवारों के लिए बनाया गया एक स्वतंत्र सूचना पोर्टल है। हमारा मकसद सीधा है: बिहार भूमि की हर ऑनलाइन सेवा को आसान हिंदी और अंग्रेज़ी में समझाना, ताकि आपको छोटी-छोटी जानकारी के लिए अंचल कार्यालय या साइबर कैफ़े के चक्कर न लगाने पड़ें।
हमने यह साइट क्यों बनाई
राजस्व एवं भूमि सुधार विभाग ने जमाबंदी, दाखिल-खारिज, एलपीसी, भू-लगान, भू-नक्शा, परिमार्जन और ई-मापी जैसी दर्जनों सेवाएँ ऑनलाइन कर दी हैं। यह बड़ा बदलाव है, लेकिन आम आदमी के लिए दिक्कत यह है कि ये सेवाएँ अलग-अलग वेबसाइटों पर हैं, कई पेज अंग्रेज़ी में हैं, और “भाग वर्तमान”, “शुद्धि पत्र” या “चौहद्दी” जैसे शब्द हर किसी को समझ नहीं आते। गलत विकल्प चुनने या एक कागज़ भूल जाने से आवेदन हफ़्तों तक अटक जाता है।
हमने सभी सेवाओं को एक डैशबोर्ड पर इकट्ठा किया है। हर सेवा के साथ लिखा है कि उसके लिए क्या चाहिए, कौन-से चरण हैं, कौन-सी गलती से बचें — और एक बटन जो सीधे सही सरकारी पेज खोलता है।

हमारी जानकारी कहाँ से आती है
हमारी हर गाइड आधिकारिक स्रोतों पर आधारित है — जैसे biharbhumi.bihar.gov.in, parimarjanplus.bihar.gov.in, bhulagan.bihar.gov.in, bhunaksha.bihar.gov.in, emapi.bihar.gov.in, विभाग की अधिसूचनाएँ, आधिकारिक पुस्तिकाएँ और प्रेस विज्ञप्तियाँ। हम पोर्टल के बदलावों पर नज़र रखते हैं और लेखों को समय-समय पर अपडेट करते हैं। हर लेख के अंत में “अंतिम अपडेट” की तारीख दी जाती है।

Our goal is simple: explain every Bihar Bhumi online service in plain Hindi and English, so you don’t have to visit the circle office or a cyber café just to understand a basic step.
Why we built this site
The Revenue & Land Reforms Department has moved dozens of services online — jamabandi, mutation (dakhil-kharij), LPC, land rent, Bhu-Naksha, Parimarjan and e-Mapi. That is a big change, but for ordinary people the services sit on different websites, many pages are in English, and terms like “Bhag-Vartaman”, “correction slip” or “chauhaddi” are not obvious. Picking the wrong option or forgetting one document can hold an application up for weeks.
We have gathered every service on one dashboard. Each service lists what you need, the steps, the mistakes to avoid — and a button that opens the right government page directly.

Every guide is based on official sources — biharbhumi.bihar.gov.in, parimarjanplus.bihar.gov.in, bhulagan.bihar.gov.in, bhunaksha.bihar.gov.in, emapi.bihar.gov.in, department notifications, official booklets and press releases. We track portal changes and update articles regularly; each article shows its “last updated” date.
What we are not
We are not connected to the Government of Bihar, the Revenue & Land Reforms Department, NIC or any government body. We don’t file applications, collect fees or change your land records. Always apply and pay on the official portals. Please read our disclaimer for details.
