- अभिलेख चुनें: अभिलेख का प्रकार (जैसे खतियान) चुनें, फिर ज़िला, अंचल और मौजा चुनें।

सभी अभिलेखों का डिजिटाइजेशन पूरा नहीं हुआ हो सकता है, या मौजा/थाना संख्या अलग हो सकती है। ज़िला अभिलेखागार से भी प्रमाणित प्रति ली जा सकती है।
डिजिटल खतियान कोर्ट में मान्य है?
डिजिटल हस्ताक्षरित प्रति आधिकारिक अभिलेख की प्रति है। किसी विशेष मामले में न्यायालय की आवश्यकता के लिए अपने अधिवक्ता से पूछें।
खतियान में पूर्वज का नाम है, जमाबंदी में किसी और का — क्या करें?

Is a digital khatiyan valid in court?
A digitally signed copy is a copy of the official record. For a specific case, ask your advocate about the court’s requirement.
Ancestor in the khatiyan, someone else in the jamabandi?
That’s complex. Check for any intervening deed or mutation. If it looks wrong, Parimarjan or a revenue court is the route — consult an experienced advocate.
